How do I schedule a ride?

Call 720-272-1252, use the trip request form on the contact page, or use the booking form on the home page. Let us know the pickup time, both addresses, and whether the passenger is ambulatory or uses a wheelchair.

PeakCare is private pay only. We do not bill Medicaid or insurance. Call us for a straightforward quote before you book.

We serve communities across Colorado. Call us to confirm we cover your pickup and drop-off locations before you book.

Yes. Standing rides to dialysis, rehabilitation, and detox centers are booked once and repeated on your treatment schedule.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead. For standing rides or a short-notice trip, call 720-272-1252 and we will tell you what we can cover.

Service Questions

Yes. PeakCare provides both ambulatory and wheelchair transportation. Wheelchair vehicles use secure loading, and drivers assist from the door to the vehicle and back.

Can a family member ride along?

In most cases a companion may ride along. Please mention it when booking so we can plan for the extra seat.

Yes. Hospital and facility discharges are one of the care settings we serve, and we can coordinate the pickup with your care team.

Call 720-272-1252 and we will let you know whether we can cover a same-day trip. Availability depends on the schedule already booked that day.

Our drivers are trained to assist ambulatory and wheelchair passengers, including secure wheelchair loading and door-to-door support.
